This listing is for a heart shaped worry stone (also known as a Palm Stone or Pocket Stone). Your worry stone will be intuitively chosen just for you. Many different crystal types available. Measurement: 1.2" (3cm).
Worry stones are smooth, polished gemstones, usually in the shape of an oval used for relaxation or anxiety relief. They are used by holding the stone between the index finger and thumb and gently moving one's thumb back and forth across the stone. When pressure is applied on the stone, the nerves within your thumb release natural endorphin's, bringing about a state of calm relaxation. Great for nervous and stressful situations or to keep idle hands busy. Worry stones are also easy to carry in your pocket, ready to bring you a sense of calmness when you need it.
