Worry stones are smooth, polished gemstones, usually in the shape of an oval used for relaxation or anxiety relief. They are used by holding the stone between the index finger and thumb and gently moving one's thumb back and forth across the stone. When pressure is applied on the stone, the nerves within your thumb release natural endorphin's, bringing about a state of calm relaxation. Great for nervous and stressful situations or to keep idle hands busy. Worry stones are also easy to carry in your pocket, ready to bring you a sense of calmness when you need it.

Jasper, an aggregate of micro granular quartz and/or chalcedony and other mineral phases, is an opaque, impure variety of silica, usually red, yellow, brown or green in color; and rarely blue. The common red color is due to iron inclusions.

Fancy Jasper intensifies and lightens the feeling of well-being, helping one to lighten up and enjoy themselves more, yet in a subtle way. It can relieve fear, frustration and guilt, building an inner strength and confidence. It is a particularly good stone for bringing energies of wholeness and healing to an environment or situation.

Jasper is known as the “supreme nurturer”. It sustains and supports through times of stress, and brings tranquility and wholeness. Jasper provides protection and absorbs negative energy. Jasper clears electromagnetic and environmental pollution, including radiation. It encourages honesty with one's self. Provides courage to assertively tackle problems. Aids quick-thinking and promotes organisational abilities. Jasper stimulates the imagination and transforms ideas into action.
